On behalf of Youth One, we would like to thank you, as a community and team, for generously giving on April 22nd 2017. Because of your sacrifice and dedication, we hit our #Y1BlackTie goal of $100,000! This will go a long way, and we are excited to see this investment go to work over the next year. Youth One completely relies on your support, so please continue to journey with us as we serve young people in this city as best we can. Our mission of "Radical love, no conditions, one journey at a time" can be life changing for the youth we have the privilege of serving. We call on you to join with us, in not only supporting our mission at Youth One, but making this mission your life long job description.

MITCH HARTY - CEO | Co-Founder of Youth One - Keynote Speaker
Mitch Harty has a massive heart for young people. In 2012 he left his full time career as a draftsman to work at a local organization where he helped found "The MAT" Youth Centre. Soon after, he founded the "I Stand Against" anti bullying campaign which saw thousands of international participants. Both continue to thrive under new leadership. In 2014, Mitch, along with 3 others, took a big leap and stepped out of their full time jobs to plant what is now called Youth One. Many called him crazy, but what he saw was a crazy opportunity. Mitch now sits as the CEO and Co-Founder of Youth One. On any given day you can find him investing in the hearts of young people, leading 40+ team members, or in the background sweeping the floors and doing the dishes.
SCOTT MCGREGOR - The Bridge 98.1 - Emcee
Scott McGregor originally hails from Cobourg Ontario. He has followed his passion for radio and music across the country, residing in various communities around Canada. He’s best known as the Program Director, Award Winning Music Director and Afternoon Show host on 98.1 The Bridge. Scott spends a good chunk of his time following the music charts, investigating artists, and sampling songs. Scott’s many music successes have recently culminated in his receipt of the prestigious 2016 Canadian Music and Broadcast Industry ‘Music Director of the Year’ Award. Scott, his beautiful wife Crystal, 2 amazing kids, Declan and Emma are happy to call Lethbridge home and look forward to many more years of making the city sound just a little bit sweeter.
JAY HERRINGTON - The Bridge 98.1 - Emcee
Jay spent his formative years in Quispamsis, NB – which is just outside Saint John, NB. Ontario, known for its vast patios, high taxes, and skyrocketing hydro rates, drew Jay in. Spending time in Kitchener-Waterloo and most recently our nation’s capital, Jay toyed with spending the rest of his days in Ottawa, particularly on Parliament Hill. Admittedly he is easily corruptible and figured he’d end up on trial for expensing $80.00 on a glass of orange juice. While in Ottawa, Jay met and married his beautiful wife, Adele, and now spends his days attempting to corrupt their two young children, Andie and Riker (yep, Jay’s a Trek fan.) Now, the Herrington clan calls Lethbridge home where Jay works as a host for the Bridge 98.1.
